Natalie Mc Neill attended Murrell Dobbins High School, known for its trade programs, Natalie participated in a program that allowed her to earn her cosmetology license.

By the age of 17, Natalie was already working in a Center City salon shampooing and cutting hair even before she earned her high school diploma in 1979.

In 1981, Natalie took a break from working and began attending the Berean Institute full-time to earn her teachers license in cosmetology.

With her talent and skills, Natalie worked at several different salons in Philadelphia while climbing the ladder to her success.

In each position she held, from Stylist to Assistant Manager, Natalie made a point of learning each position’s responsibilities from start to finish so that she would understand how best to operate her own business when she opened “Ends Hair Design and Day Spa” in 1987.
Natalie volunteers her expertise and services in the community and beyond.

Natalie serves as an advisory board member of Murrell Dobbins and Thomas Edison High Schools in their cosmetology programs.

She is a member of the American Cancer Society’s “Look good feel better” program where she teaches women in undergoing cancer treatment how to best apply makeup.

Natalie participates in “Hope Cuts”, a yearly fundraiser during which she holds a “haircut-a-thon”; the proceeds from this event are given to “The City of Hope Cancer and Research Center”.

Natalie firmly supports “Friends Are By Your Side”,a non-profit organization of Beauty Industry Leaders, Salon Owners and Stylists committed to donating much needed hair replacement and styling services to women undergoing cancer treatment.
